what changed

The solver showed assembly & reclaim aren't arms — they're hubs every thread meets. So they become rings:

• Reclaim — the outer ring at the rim, the decomposer. All 12 threads reach it; raws are born here and flow inward.
• Assembly — the inner ring at the core, the converger, bonded to the fulfillment nexus. All 12 pass it; product is finished and rides the lift up.
• The 12 radial threads: 6 white ops above × 6 engines below (foundry · chemworks · mill · fab · weave · fluid), counter-woven ⇒ K(6,6).

Outer(reclaim) → raws → refine inward → inner(assembly) → product → nexus(up); wear flows back out. The two rings bookend the radius.
